LessRounds is a small product with a narrow job: run a fair, useful first-round interview for every applicant, so hiring teams spend their time on the right people.
Most hiring processes have a first round that nobody enjoys. Recruiters repeat the same fifteen minutes of questions all week. Candidates wait days for a slot, then get a call squeezed between meetings. Good people drop out, and the notes from those calls rarely survive.
We built LessRounds to take that round off everyone’s calendar. A company describes the role and shares a link. Each candidate has a real spoken interview when it suits them. The hiring team gets a written, scored record of every answer and decides who to meet.
It’s deliberately simple: sign up with an email, publish an interview in minutes, pay only for the interviews candidates complete.
Who we are
LessRounds is a product of OLN Labs, an AI product studio founded in 2024 by Aditya. OLN Labs builds and runs its own software products alongside LessRounds. The same small team designs, builds and supports each one.
Aditya has spent fourteen years across product, growth and engineering, including building real-time communication and media systems used by millions of people. That’s the part of LessRounds you don’t see: a live, two-way voice interview has to work on an ordinary laptop or phone, on an ordinary connection, first time.
