Put each candidate’s score, answers and status into a Google Sheet, your applicant tracking system or your own software. Webhooks send a message the moment something happens, and the API lets your tools fetch data whenever they need it. Both are free.
Two ways to connect
Most teams use a webhook to hear about each finished candidate, and the API to fetch extra details like the transcript or a CV.
What you get
Every message and every API answer carries the candidate’s latest data.
Name, email and phone number, which interview they took, and whether it’s a retake.
The score out of 100, the recommendation, a summary, strengths, areas to improve, a score for each skill and the key moments.
Every answer to your written questions, each labeled with its question.
Passed, needs review, shortlisted, on hold or rejected, and who changed it.
Video or voice, language, length, the full transcript and the recording.
CVs and anything else candidates upload, downloaded with your API key.
Create an API key. In LessRounds, go to Settings → API & webhooks and click Create key. Only admins can. Copy the key straight away: it’s shown once.
Check that it works. Run this in a terminal, with your key in place of lr_live_…:
curl https://api.lessrounds.ai/v1/me \
-H "Authorization: Bearer lr_live_…"
The answer names your company and the key.
Get your latest candidates.
curl "https://api.lessrounds.ai/v1/candidates?limit=5" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer lr_live_…"
Get a message when something happens. In Settings → API & webhooks, click Add webhook, paste a web address from your tool, then click Send a sample to see exactly what a message looks like.
No code needed
LessRounds has no built-in connections to other software. Instead, automation tools like Make and n8n can receive our webhooks and call our API, then pass results on to other apps, such as Google Sheets or your applicant tracking system.
Yes. The API and webhooks are included at no cost and use no credits.
No. The API only reads data. Tools can’t change statuses, invite candidates or delete anything.
There are no built-in connections. An applicant tracking system (ATS) is software for managing job applicants. Many of them, and tools like Make and n8n, can receive a webhook or call an API, so you can send results to yours. You can also download results as a CSV file.
Admins on your LessRounds account. Other team members can see whether webhooks are working, but not API keys, signing secrets or full webhook addresses.
Yes, with an API key. Messages and API answers include links to them that need your key. Calling one gives you a download link that works for 15 minutes.
Data you send to your own tools is under your company’s control, like a CSV file you download. Send only what you need, and keep API keys private.
Start with 100 free credits, enough for about 20 interviews. No credit card or sales call needed.
