Against the skills you choose, at the level you expect, weighted how you like. Each skill gets a score from 0 to 100 with the reasoning and a quote from the interview. See scoring.
It sets aside candidates below your pass mark (or below 50 if you haven’t set one), and it never contacts them. Your team decides who moves forward and can move anyone back.
