Remind candidates who haven’t started.

Send this a day or two before the deadline to anyone who hasn’t started or finished. In LessRounds, the In progress list and the link’s funnel show who opened the link and who started.

Tips

  • One reminder is helpful, two is the limit.
  • Invite replies about technical problems. Most drop-offs are logistics, not interest.
  • If someone started but didn’t finish, they can continue from the same link, as long as they hadn’t begun the AI interview itself.
