How it’s calculated

Hours today = open roles × candidates screened per role × (call minutes + admin minutes) ÷ 60. Hours with AI interviews = the same number of candidates × review minutes ÷ 60. Working days = hours ÷ hours in your working day.

Does this include later interview rounds?

No. It covers the first round only, which is the one an AI interview replaces.

Is five minutes enough to review an AI interview?

For most first rounds, yes: you read the scores and quoted evidence, then watch a highlight or two. Take longer for borderline candidates.
